Key Information:

Climb Torridon is open and we are taking bookings.

Now – we can take out anyone provided you’re not breaking local restrictions in your area.

From 9th August 2021 – restrictions in Scotland have been lifted if you live within the UK.

There is currently a list of safe travel countries maintained by the Scottish government. Provided you abide by the rules for travel and quarantine periods we can take you out in the hills. We offer a full refund should the booking be cancelled due to covid (see below).

Booking Process in the Time of Covid

The safety of our customers, guides and local community is paramount to us in these difficult times. Therefore, we have created an incredibly flexible booking policy as we want to encourage our customers to be open and honest with us about their circumstances.

Payment:

Our normal 50% deposit is payable on booking, we cannot secure bookings until this has been received. The balance of the full price must be paid 4 weeks before the date your booking is due to commence.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your booking in ANY of the following circumstances, we will give you a full credit note or full refund for all payments received.

We ask that you provide evidence of a positive Covid PCR test, written evidence from an appropriate medical professional, or evidence of a stay at home order by the appropriate contact tracing team from your region to qualify for these cancellation terms.

We also ask that in the first instance you contact your insurance provider before you become eligible for a refund.

Refund or Credit Note:

If you do need to cancel for any of the reasons above at any time, we will offer a refund or credit note. The choice of which to accept is 100% up to you. However, please remember we are a small business and in order to help us continue during this crisis we would ask you to consider the credit note towards your next booking with us whenever possible. This will help our business to survive.
