In addition to all the mountains, scrambles, climbs and courses detailed within this website, you can hire us for a bespoke experience. Perhaps you would like to do a particular mountain, route or climb we haven’t mentioned. If so, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. Here are just a few ideas and areas that we can offer.

The North West Highlands – from classic rock routes and sea stacks to wild camping expeditions and winter climbs. We know the North West Highland’s extremely well and below are just some ideas to inspire you.

  • Guided Classic Rock Climbs (Dragon and Fionn Buttress on Carnmore, The Fiddlers Nose on Sgurr an Fhidhleir & Cioch Nose in Applecross)

Lochaber Area – we can offer a full range of walking, scrambling and climbing (in both summer and winter), throughout the Lochaber area. Examples of some popular options would include:

Ratios and Pricing

In order to provide the highest level of experience and safety I maintain low ratios for guided ascents. Below you can see the details. All trips are considered private bookings so you will not have to worry about the pace of others and will get a trip tailored to your individual needs.

Summer

* Our maximum ratio for summer climbing is 1:2 and scrambling is 1:4 due to the nature of the technical terrain encountered.

Winter

** Due to the length of the day and the technical nature of the terrain we run winter climbing at a maximum ratio of 1:2.

A 50% deposit will secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks in advance of your trip. Full payment is only required at the time of booking if you wish to book a date within the next 4 weeks.

Fitness

For bespoke adventures we can tailor the day around your fitness. If you’ve never been walking in the hills before through to if you’re looking for long days or multiday adventures we can discuss with you and help you achieve your goals.

Gear

You will need normal hill walking kit including sturdy footwear, waterproofs (jacket and trousers), food and warm clothing. Technical kit is available to borrow for your booking where required. Alternatively you are welcome to bring your own subject to inspection by your guide to ensure it’s safety. A complete kit list is provided with each booking.
